Seriously though - I've never been a breast oriented person myself - I'm really the leg type - but I want to be able to produce the best possible content I can and the only missing ingredient as far as I can tell is a nice perky set of breasts - nothing major just some A cups really... after that it's a little laser hair removal and then, as a model, I'll be par for the course. (in accordance to my own tastes)

My opinion is: if you could find someone who could use your own body fat in order to augment your breasts, there are possibilities that it will look natural and it will feel natural. And also it will be natural. But, in any case, it is a surgery with all the possible complications.

Otherwise, it is a foreign object put into your body (trough a cut in your skin and flesh) that could cause problems and usually looks and feels not natural.

Nature put the mind of a woman into the body of a man. HRT and surgeries can help in re-matching body and mind. I think that FTM transsexuals should understand when they are feminine enough to be passable as women. Many people, in my opinion, do not understand this in time.

You are almost 100% passable and none of this involves a fake bigger breast. Femininity, in my opinion, is something else, not fake bigger breasts.

Totally understood dbev - here's the thing... I don't have that whole woman's mind/man's body thing going on - I'm totally fine being whatever freaky thing people call me - I just want the best possible product if it's going to have my name on it, (especially since I make the stuff myself...) and to me that means breasts are in order - not huge weird plastibags - just something that ads that extra touch of polish to my final product whether it's photos, videos, or escorting every now and then. I'd go the fat reasignment route but I really have none to spare - as it stands I only take in 1500 or so calories a day... so I think the plastic surgery route is the way to go. It may be some time before that happens so fret not and thanks for your kind words.

I have to admit I'm kind of on dbev's side in this and I agree with his opinions to a large degree. However, I can understand your reasons for getting the breast augmentation, Jamie and I'm just happy that you will not go full out "plastic doll". I've always been a huge fan of you and your work and I think your body is pretty much perfect as it is, but a set of nice, normal sized breasts would suit your frame.

With that said, I don't know of any doctors who could help you But I wish you good luck with whatever you do! You'll always be a favourite of mine (and many others I'm sure).

At least, try to put something "organic" inside your body and with the minimum amount of cuts/holes/stitches, please. And shouldn't be an "A" cup enough? You have such a lean and athletic body!!!

Given that you want to add something to the product (my friend, could you please not use this expression when referring to yourself, because you are human being? Thanks, but it really gives me the creeps), if I may suggest, do something for that grey shadow sometimes I see on your feminine face. Pulse light I think they call it.

I don't think boobs are that important. Small boobs are the best because they make the girl look cute and not just top-heavy. To each their own, though.
