I've seen this trick before. But I think this is more for CD's and DQ's, and not TS's. It's good for someone who plans on wearing a wig, and is not considering FF surgery or keeping their brows shaped.

NOT REALLY true,I use to work in the print/film industry and we would do every thing we can to build the images up of are star.
that includes tape ,glue , prosthetics, doubles and so on

yes thats correct the slanted brush needs to be used.
the correct brush makes a big difference

having the right brush makes it easier and gives you professional results, you would not want me operating on you with less then ideal tools. the shape of the brush makes thos brows like that and using eyebrow make up makes it look natural
