no movie has ever changed my outlook on life, thank God. A good movie however would be something like
Irreversible, with .ca Belluci. Astonishing film made even more astonishing when one considers that she really didn't have to take such a harsh role. Its hard to imagine her not being affected by her own performance

It didn't really change my life, but shifted my perspective a tad: Beautiful Girls. There were a lot of things in the movie that paralleled my own life at the time I first saw it.
I prefer to be true to myself, even at the hazard of incurring the ridicule of others, rather than to be false, and to incur my own abhorrence-- Frederick Douglass

Roman Polanski's Tess starring Nastassja Kinski. Easily the sexiest mainstream movie in which no actual sex occurs (only Polanski could do that.) Changed my life. Before I saw that scene where she eats the strawberry, I was into standard issue blondes. After that I was into petite 'nettes.[/i]
