Any new clubs to meet ts girls in Sao Paulo and Rio?

Any inside scoop on Colombia? Trying to get down there. Likely Bogota, but sounds like I should try for Cali or Medellin. Any TS clubs?
Advice on areas to stay in Bogota? Avoid?

I cannot speak to the TS scene as I did not partake when I was in Bogota a few weeks ago, but as to where to stay, I stayed in Emaus and it was a very nice upscale area of Bogota.

My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina and while it was expensive by any standard, it was a wonderful hotel in every aspect.

One word of warning about the Four Seasons, my wife and I were coming back from dinner one night and we saw hotel security giving a much older British man and his Columbian "girlfriend" trouble about allowing her in.
