Personally, I hope no one gets banned. I like healthy dissension but do tire from the trite arguments as well.

Mods should lock threads that spiral out of control, not ban participants engaged in passionate discourse. I see threads where nothing of benefit can be added, yet the e-jousters refuse to realize that winning a frail, incessant bickering session is tantamount to a Pyrrhic victory.

Just my unwelcome $0.02, though.

this was not a thread for Nicole....see with this software we have lost the power and control to a point....very soon will not be the case...people will learn to be more responsible posters very quickly...i am sure of that....to be honest those flame threads i don't even open...usually its just two people posting back and fourth ...

That's exactly what's needed: new software. That way, there won't be one person with 10 profiles and just as many personalities, "ganging up" on anyone.

When are we projected to see an HA 2.0? On 01.01.10? I remember first hearing about it this past spring.

After it's implemented, I personally hope we see less people here who are anti-porn and anti-escorting, less people insisting on calling the girls "males", less threats of violence, and less racism.
