    Seriously though El Nino, all through the run-up to the election, you warned us that Barry O had his knee pads picked out and couldn't wait to kneel before his corporate overlords. So far, his performance regarding the Banking Industry and Health Care reform seem to be proving you correct.

    Who knows? Obama may yet grow a pair. FDR wasn't a 'Champion of the People' during his first year either. At least that's what I keep telling myself - and that McCain would have been a hell of a lot worse.

    Ah well, I still have the little things to look forward to - like watching LIEberman get crushed in 2012. That's if he doesn't just retire to get rich on the board of some big health insurance company.
