It's pretty obvious what's going on in his head. Most of the women he's bedded are blowup doll representations of women with breast implants and lip fillers. While Tiger's wife is technically prettier, these women ooze sex. This is the same reason lots of guys are into trannies, because they exaggerate femininity and seem more female than most females.
