I think he's just being honest. I had men tell me as much. I have heard similar things from other people here (in chat), and read them in messages. Sometimes it's fun to be an object yes, but that doesn't necessarily make one feel like a woman. Power exchange, for me at least, has very little if anything to do with gender. Just sayin'.
