Gotta agree with Willie. Herbie is the man, seen him 3 times, each time totally different and completely awesome.
Last album listened to is "In Praise Of Dreams" by Jan Garbarek...Superb.

    It's not hurting anyone,so what's your problem?

I love it all. But I love when someone tries something new. Here jazz meets hip hop or vice versa. But Herbie is my favorite piano player. And I'm a piano player. I have "Speak Like Child" on vinyl.

Personally I dislike pretty much all Jazz. I've given it a try but it just doesn't work nowadays. Older stuff pre Rock actually tends to be better than the stuff post Rock. Krupa's stuff is okay.

I find myself listening to more things on YouTube these days. Like new live perfomances of old songs. Speaking of Herbie Hancock:

The Herbie Hancock classic updated with an all-star band: Herbie Hancock, piano; Pat Methany, guitar; Dave Holland, bass; and Jack DeJohnette, drums.

    Cantelope Island.
