I've jut seen a terrific new Greek film called Strella where the cnetral character is a transexual prostitute called Strella. Anyone else seen it and, if so, can they tell me if the main character was really a TS of it was clver editing and prosthetics.

Thanks for bringing attention to this movie. My first remembered encounter with real life transsexuals was in Athens in the red light district downtown between Monostiraki and Omonia. There were some real beautiful girls down there.

Thanks for that Dakota. Well she is really attractive.. and the film is terrific. Highly recommended to all if it gets a general release. I saw an advanced copy in the UK and wonder if it will get shown much - Greek films are not exactly common. The review refers to an interesting twist 9whch I guessed) but I won't give away. Very Greek myth.
