In my humble experience it's Pattaya (much more bang for your buck than Bangkok) Sin City on a filthy dirty stick! PS It has to be said I've found myself in some very compromising situations there though. In the cold light of day, things could well have taken a turn for the worst. (it's 6am, you been drinking for 12 hours and indulging in other things you perhaps should not have been) Strangely enough, at the time, it all makes perfect sense.

Nothing beats Sao Paulo!!!
The quality and quantity is just out of this world.
I've been there many times and it is like a kid in a candy store, some many delicious candy to choose from.
