No. Plenty of girls who transition never identified as male but instead always felt like girls. Such individuals are considered to have always been transsexual (TS) since becoming aware. A TS does not even have to be transitioned in order to be considered TS; a person can be diagnosed a pre-op TS before transitioning. In distinction to transsexual is transvestite (TV). A male who wears female clothing, but who considers himself male, is a transvestite. Magnus Hirschfeld, who coined the term transvestite, applied it universally to all transgender people because other descriptors did not exist at the time. Today, however, transvestite generally connotes men who identify as men, but who enjoy wearing women's clothes, whatever the motivation (whether stress-related cross-dressing or as part of a fetishism or as gay males using female mimicry to get laid). It is fair to use the male pronoun with TVs because TVs identify as male and are not the same as TG or TS (who identify as female). Even TV escorts (a minority of TVs as a whole) identify internally as male (we can presume they would self-categorize as TS escorts otherwise) though they may promote themselves as female for the sake of a business deal.

A TV may later choose to self-identify as TS, but not all TS begin as TV.

I'm assuming individuals who advertise escort services have seen the myriad or resources distinguishing TVs from TSs, and self-categorize to their satisfaction. This person is advertising as a TV, so what if I had substituted "males" for the slang term "dudes"? "Males" would nonetheless be accurate, and only a problem in so far as your own discomfort. If you are uncomfortable fucking a male who identifies as male but wears women's clothes part of the time, that sounds like your issue.
