i`ve just started my tough diet last thursday and increased boring cardio
i have a photoshoot coming up in june.
I`m not going to be ripped as my previous one,i have some traveling to do and family coming to see me so it`s difficult to be precise with the diet
i`ll get down to 10% bodyfat so i`m going to be lean
last time the day of my photoshoot i was 5% bodyfat.I will get ripped before xmas for another photoshoot.
my bodybuilder training partner,he took some pics of me mins before the photographer started to shoot (my face looked gaunt to the low level of bodyfat,than after few days it gets back to normal.That`s normal with bodybuilders,when we are on competition weight,the fat and bodywater goes from the face,making us look gaunt)
that day my body looked the best but i felt so weak and dehydrated.
