I remember an old zombie B-movie where towards the end the son gets infected, but the mother doesn't believe it and whips out her tittie to feed the kid (he's like 15 years old, btw) He then bites her nipple off and she ends up dying or getting killed.

Does anyone have any recollection as to which movie I'm talking about?
