Just going to add one more thing about the escorting that I noticed about friends of mine. Some of the escorts I've known support more people than just themselves - sometimes they are the primary supporters for their families here and in their native countries....I've seen some of these girls send large sums of money to their relatives here or back home on a continuous basis. I've even seen them buy property for their siblings or parents...some of whom might not even have treated them so well as they were growing up. They also give/lend money or gifts to friends and relatives...sometimes no questions asked.It's not something that they talk about..it just gets done. I bet some of the more critical guys , both on and off of this site, have never even thought about being as generous as some of these girls are with their hard earned gains. A few years ago I would go to gay bars to meet TGirls and I was always surprised that basically all of them escorted. So I made my own rough estimate of the percentages in the population and found it was between 3 and 15 %. Perhaps most of the pretty ones, as another guy said.

It's simple math. From eros and CL we can see that about 25% of escorts are TGirls. The fraction of GGirls who escort is thought to be 0.023 % in the USA, and the fraction of males who experience gender dysphoria (i.e. are TGirls) is between 1-in-500 and 1-in-2500. The latter is the most uncertain ingredient. Doing the math we get 3 to 15 %.

An example to show the math: Suppose 1 in 1000 males are TGirls, and 1 in 4 escorts are TGirls. Then TGirls are 250 times more likely to become escorts as GGirls. Multiply 250 by 0.023% to get 5.8 % in this example.

So, roughly 3 to 15% of young adult TG; of course for older TG the percentage would drop . Maybe someone has better info ?
