they held some preliminary activities already like tree-planting, visit to children's home.....
final on 24 October. lot of work gone into this contest already. hope it will be a big success.

The philippines pageants are much more free wheeling and fun compared to the Thai ones which are orchestrated by the likes of "The Tiffany Show" for the tourest trade. It is shame they are not better supported.
