It's not that simple. There are some people who never had that "male libido" to begin with, there are people who have a male libido only when they go off of HRT (also remember not everyone goes off of hrt like that).

As to "taking the man out of the girl"- again its not that simple, for a lot of people they never were that "stereotypical man" to begin with.
