I don't think either of them is an example of "bad plastic surgery." I was expecting to find some Michael Jackson nose-pictures but I'm not seeing anything "bad" here.

but even if u cant see the difference in noses u cant deny that theyre faces look totaly different then before

I agree with Kelly. They both look better to me too. It isn't like they got pig noses, they are just smaller.
