Les yeux marrons des vahinés magiques
M'évoquent tes beaux yeux et leur belle caresse
Les constellations, le ciel électrique,
Dessinent tes cheveux châtains avec délicatesse.
J'écoute la mer mourir sur le rivage,
Et c'est ta voix magnifique qui une fois encore m'emmène...
Un aigle rose entame son voyage,
Mais c'est à toi, Allanah, que mes yeux appartiennent...

A 'vahine' or 'wahine', as it is also written, is a Polynesian woman

To Allanah

I wish to lay my kisses on you will you sleep,
tangle our bodies while we lie there on the bed,
I long to be one of the secrets that you keep,
one of the thoughts that's always running through your head.

I want to wake up with you in the break of day,
and be the first to see you smiling as you do,
I want to ask you if you want to go away,
to travel with me on a sailboat made for two.

We'll travel wide and far, wherever you may ask
we'll travel through the the thick and thin and through the night,
for when you're with me nothing is a task,
and all is possible, because it feels so right.

To be with you, your body one with mine,
to feel your perfumed skin look in your eyes,
the way your face and amber hair align,
I wish to worship in the temple of your thighs.

Alannah, what great goddess of the earth created you,
hellbent to make me suffer through my yen
and making wishes, praying they may come true
to make you mine, one day, no matter when.
