Wilson disrespected the office of the President of the United States and Congressional protocol.
That's fine if he thinks Obama was lying, plenty of time for him to say so AFTER the speech.
Any member of Congress, Republican or Democrat who interrupts a Presidential address before Congress is an idiot.

I heard the booing as I was cookig dinner, didn't quite get to
see who did it. Thought a heckler had snuck in.
But yeah, respect the office even if you disagree with the President,
he could of and should have expressed his displeasure after the speech.
