    Glad this would never fly in the U.S.

    A transsexual prisoner serving life for manslaughter and attempted rape committed while she was a man will be moved to a women's prison after winning a High Court ruling.

    A judge today said the refusal of the authorities to move 'her' from 'her' male prison was a breach of 'her' human rights.
