So when it's an attack on a TS, people yell infuriated. I get that.
But when a TS kills an innocent and takes heavy jail time, people feel so soft in their tiny beating hearts?

Or is it the thought they won't be saliving in front of frenzy hardcore porn action starring the poor victim, or have a chance to touch her?

Get real...in some countries women are stoned to death for far less...and in the very same places, transexuality is an evil manigestation, a sickness. So the poor sweet heart killing baby is now in jail with hundreds of men who will fight to have her, be with her and she will be sheltered, fed for life by the state.

    Wake the fuck up.

Sylvia's appeal was filed in January 2007, A panel of 3 judges in the California appellate court of appeals are expected to reach a decision at the end of this year. It is hoped that a favorable decision will be reached by Christmas time.

I am trying to find more from my friends on another forum, so if i hear anything, i will be glad to post it here.
her appeal was turned down almost 2 years ago. Her conviction and sentence were affirmed.

it would be better if you just remembered her as she was, because you can forget ever seeing her again.

I thought about what Felicia said. I remembered my old collection and scanned a couple of photos.

Default Sometimes America can be all heart!

I am so glad all you hang'em high brigade are so certain that the justice system is absolutely right and that nobody is unjustly imprisoned for too long. I don't know know why you even bother locking Sylvia up. Why not put a bullet in her head and be done with it? Oh, of course, because we are civilized now. Thomas Edison invented the electric chair and personally witnessed the frying of several prisoners in New York State because he wanted to prove AC current dangerous. We are so pure and above wrong doing that we have the right to condemn someone to 45 years in one of the harshest penal regimes in the world because we are right, because they are wrong. It is so black and white and most in American jails just happen to be black or hispanic. God bless America.

I don't agree with such a harsh sentence, but its a stretch to claim her imprisonment is an unjust one. In the middle of a fight with another girl, Sylvia went to her car, got her gun from it, brought it back to where she had been fighting and pointed it at the girl she was fighting with to try to end the fight. A struggle for the gun ensued, with the end result being another, innocent girl being killed. People can argue about why Sylvia did that, or how the trigger was pulled, but none of that changes that if when she got to her car, she had instead just driven it away, the fight would have ended, with no one losing their life, or their liberty. As soon as she brought back that gun, she was guilty of a crime, and things were not going to end well.

Apparently, she's in the California Medical Facility

The California Medical Facility (CMF) was established in 1955 by the Legislature to provide a centrally located medical / psychiatric institution for the health care needs of the male felon population in California's prisons. Currently, CMF operates with a 308 million dollar budget and approximately 2215 employees.

CMF houses a general acute care hospital, correctional treatment center (CTC), licensed elderly care unit, in-patient and out-patient psychiatric facilities, a hospice unit for terminally ill inmates, general population, and other special inmate housing. Additionally, the Department of Mental Health operates a licensed, acute care psychiatric hospital and an Intermediate Care Facility within CMF.

No information on what she's receiving treatment for.
