Amara Vadillo, a.k.a. Sylvia Boots was at Donovan State Prison in San Diego, Ca as of late 2006.

Her CDC# is V49531.

Note: She is also facing deportation charges, being from Cuba.
No need to worry, however, the U.S. is currently NOT deporting Cubans.

Sylvia's appeal was filed in January 2007, A panel of 3 judges in the California appellate court of appeals are expected to reach a decision at the end of this year. It is hoped that a favorable decision will be reached by Christmas time.

I am trying to find more from my friends on another forum, so if i hear anything, i will be glad to post it here.
