Any news about Sylvia Boots - in prison for 45 years !!!

How old was Sylvia Boots when sentenced to prison for 45 years? She looks a little long in the tooth in her last pictures, so I suspect she'll die in prison.

Well, I am not a lawyer, but if Sylvia's appeal was filed in January 2007 appellate court
has already had 2 ½ years to reach a decision.
– In my opinion quite a long time.
Anyhow, if the mercy of Christmas and the evident facts motivate the judges to agree
on a positive vote it was worth waiting.
I appreciate your efforts to find more from your friends on another forum

Fact is, it seems to be encouraged not to take personal responsibility anymore for your crimes. She had a choice to make, she would know where she would got if caught and the fact she mostly likely would be.This isn't fucking sweden here or the UK where they listen to sob stories. I have zero sympathy and people like her, should ideally be kept out of society permanently.

Note: She is also facing deportation charges, being from Cuba.

Sylvia's appeal was filed in January 2007, A panel of 3 judges in the California appellate court of appeals are expected to reach a decision at the end of this year. It is hoped that a favorable decision will be reached by Christmas time.

I am trying to find more from my friends on another forum, so if i hear anything, i will be glad to post it here.

her appeal was turned down almost 2 years ago. Her conviction and sentence were affirmed.
