I know it's the mandatory sentence for carrying a concealed weapon in NY but that's a little ridiculous. Shooting himself was enough punishment. He should have gotten probation. If they didn't give him the mandatory sentence then every other person that got arrested would say they let him off easy because he is in the NFL.
