Captain;
"actually" and "some" are considered, in the debate society, weasel words. Do you think that it does, or is it it a general assumption?
When a woman dresses as you describe, it is for her partner, not for her own pleasure or for folks to jack off to on the internet.
As a daily wearer of white shirts, I do not find them sexy or comfortable

I see some of that on YouTube. In one case a male starts off doing makeup videos using his male name. But recently he made a new channel no longer using the male name, and calls himself a 'tranny'.

I got to admit I like that look. Usually wearing the white shirt looking all cute fresh out of bed.
I have the personality and people skills of a retarded home-schooled kid.

I believe the diff is a tv wants to remained their "birth" gender, and a ts has a more natural affiliation with not their assigned gender but their gender of their conscience

It is possible to be both TV and TS, but the two situations are quite different.
By the books TS is an identity disorder where failure to treat causes psychological duress.
By the books TV is a sexual fetish that involves wearing clothes of the opposite sex.
And maybe its easier to withdraw from life
With all of its misery and wretched lies
If we're dead when tomorrow's gone
The Big Machine will just move on
Still we cling afraid we'll fall
Clinging like the memory which haunts us all

In practice you will find that when it comes to fashion there are major differences between male clothing and female clothing.
In the case of male clothing, guys clothes are designed around comfort and practicality. Its all function oriented.
In the case of female clothing, that is all true to a point- but by and large, female clothing is designed primarily to turn on men. Everything; practicality, function, comfort, cost- all that is subject to being sacrificed in the name of turning on guys (just look at shoes). The fashion industry intentionally tries to fetishize female clothing. They don't just want GG's buying clothing to turn on their BF's & husbands, but they also want them being turned on by the clothing themselves (just look at the marketing and you can see this quite easily). They want women to see the clothing itself as "sexy," and try to sell it that way. How many times have you seen people talk about how "women all have foot fetishes"? You don't see guys getting parts of their toes cut off so they can fit in expensive shoes better!
I have to wonder, given how asymmetrical transvestism is in our society, if what's really going on here is not about the sex the clothing is meant for, but what it is meant to do; and in the case of female clothing that means "turn people on." There are a lot of GG's who fetishize female clothing, there are very few GB's who fetishize male clothing.
Another thought to ponder; when we do see GB TV's, usually they don't just wear ANY female clothing they get their hands on. No, usually they wear overly sexual clothing- like lingerie, or adult costumes, short skirts, stripper heels- they don't usually dress like GG's do on a normal, every day basis. When was the last time you saw a TV dress like a dyke?
We see a huge amount of guys putting on female clothing to masturbate, but how often do we see GG's making posts about how they "put on their BF's suit to masturbate"? Almost never, right? Perhaps because guys' clothing is rarely, if ever, designed to turn anyone on.
Consider when we do find someone who is both TS and TV. It happens, but its rare. When was the last time you saw a MtF who transitioned, and then liked to put on guy's clothing to masturbate? Very very rarely. And yet we find far more FtM TS's who transition, and then put on female clothing to masturbate.
Seems pretty obvious to me.
