    Default A serious question about.....DRAMA!

so i have been in the ts scene for a little while and i have noticed there is sooo much childish drama. why is this? I mean girls hateing eachother for dumb reasons...girls being sooo crazy that if i date one..they try to find ANYTHING out to cause problems. I dont need any bullshit responses. I just want to know what other tgirls think about this. seriously. Is there any tgirl out there that just does her own thing and doesnt trip over nothing? thanks

    T.F.C.

I think it boils down to psychological damage caused by all the shit that comes along with being trans.

Its so common for trans people to have problems practically from birth with unaccepting family members, bullies, unsympathetic doctors, employers who are free to discriminate at will- then take into consideration all the emotional pain that someone might go through because they think their body is wrong... that's a lot to deal with.

Anyone who has problems coping to stress on top of that (growing up in a broken home, substance abuse, etc.) is bound to be a few bricks short of a fireplace, or a few steps short of a staircase, or a few pickles short of a barrel, a few bats short of a batcave- you get the idea.

There are GG's with just as much baggage, and its common for GG's with a lot of baggage to be prong to a lot of drama as well. Things aren't always as different as they appear.

There is just as much crazy in the GG world...it just might go unnoticed because sometimes it takes GGs more years to accumulate that much psychological trauma..and sometimes menopause on top of it....but Tgs accumulate a lot more baggage in a shorter amount of time..esp. if you add in years in the adult trade business..and hormones on top of that.

It sometimes drives me a little batty when a girl gets extreme mood swings or comes up with wild accusations out of the blue...but in the long run, I understand it and am willing to deal with it..if you can't do that , then you have to be willing to stick to a different type of dating pool.

All that being said though, I've also seen a tremendous amount of guys trying to take advantage of the "crazy" in the tg world..and only complain when things don't quite go their way....also I've seen guy's try shit with a girl..and when it doesn't work or the girl catches on to it...she becomes "a crazy bitch"..to everyone he talks to.

I don't mind the occasional odd behaviour due to stress or hormones because no ts i've been with has ever complained about my bouts of crazy...and I certainly have them...so I certainly can't complain..lol.

    Anyway..there's two sides to everything.

Agreed, except for the hormone bit.

IF a trans girl is taking HRT correctly; i.e. maintains steady blood levels, gets routine blood tests, takes drugs properly- a ts person will be a lot more stable as far as hormones go than what you'd find naturally in GG's because of the way theirs cycles etc. In a GG, hormones flux far more than you'd normally ever see in a properly treated ts person (especially since its so common for TS people to only take E without progesterones).

do most tgirls tend to take HRT correctly, as in getting routine blood tests...or most do it on their own?

We will agree to disagree on the GG aspect and since we're both local probably laugh over it via Heinekens later.

There's discretion and there's being a dumb fuck. One thing I will say about most TS' i see in public during the day or night (regular club, etc.) they will respectfully mind their business, a simple hi & bye and keep it moving.

Then there's the BADF syndrome (no I doubt it's in medical books). The BADF syndrome has many characteristics as stated above [great fuckin post btw] but let me give my own insight into it:

    • The broad will ask every chick that you converse with at a function (either at a hormone shot locale, out shopping, while smoking the preferred drug of choice, while doing the others makeup, or via telephone) if they've been with the dude; and the joke is even if the chick says something humorous like "why do you wanna know?" in their head the answer is yes, because regardless of them being an escort all fuckin day, if a guy is seen with more than 1 tranny he's a whore.

A dude will be into a chick and a broad will observe eye contact across a room and do what I now refer to as "The J-Lo cockblock". The J-Lo cockblock is a mean motherfucker, a dude will be in a spot and immediately upon entry said chick will walk up to him and when he rejects her she will run up to every other chick at the venue talking about the dude like he's a dog, because he didn't give her the time of day. Then depending on his temper she'll walk up to him later in the night and make a big scene acting like she's the victim; because regardless of them being an escort all fuckin day, if a guy is seen with more than 1 tranny he's a whore.

You can't really blame hormones, drugs, bad childhoods, etc. on any of this. Every human being on the face of the earth knows right from wrong. People choose to be kind or choose to be assholes. Some people play mindgames so deep that anyone that's fallen victim to them has a serious task of digging their way out and if they do, they deserve all the accolades that come with that hard work.

Personally I've seen chicks who are really cool with me go off on their boyfriends over simple shit like a chick shaking their ass in front of the dude: like he ain't supposed to look. One dude has a deep scar on his face for something like that, it's fucked up.

Nothing says femininity like disfiguring your BF.

Agree with many of the above statements. I think it also has to do with the times and culture. It is literally cool and desirable to act like a diva (aka:bitch) in some peoples mind. Its almost a status thing. If you don't act like a diva and have a certain purse or pair of shoes you are a failure. Much of this behavior is encouraged by others around them until they think its normal. You ask many of these women who they look up to or who there role models are. More often than not they will probably say someone like Beyonce, Madonna, or Britney Spears. Not the best influences.
