I look almost skinny now.
I dont know what I weigh since I dont weigh myself I just look at my abs and the six pack is coming in strong now.
Once I get all the FAT off I will put some muscle back on.

well i was wanting to lose another 10 pounds but stress at my former job and other things, kinda slammed me into a brick wall and now it has turned into another 20 pounds I would like to lose. I have slowly entered back into the workout and dieting world, cut out 90% fast food, eating fresher items. and cut back on my drinking... not cut out, I am of Scot/Irish stock

I am back up to 215 and I want to get down to at LEAST 190.
I am doing more weights right now but I am going to change gyms REAL soon.
My current membership runs out the end of this month.
