I wasn't going to say anything, but.....
I think it's a joke.
The fact that she wants to change/makeover this other Wendy's life should tell you she has no interest in this person's current lifestyle/situation. She'd make her a laughing stock not to mention how people would react when hearing this other Wendy's voice.....
I realize some live in a fantasy world, but NOT everyone accepts transsexualism.

I think the Howard Stern show would probably be more appropriate.
