Consider dining/drinking at the Monte Carlo Microbrewery,The Bootlegger,the seafood night at the Rio.Check out Mandalay Bay,the Bellagio.Clubs :everyone has different tastes.I liked Coyote Ugly in NYNY Hotel(I was hoping Piper Perabu and Tyra Banks would be there).The clubs at Mandalay Bay and Luxor.
Also,and I think Shemale-411 would concur:if you do not know basic strategy,stay the hell away from the blackjack tables,to the appreciation for skilled players and your wallet.

Pure nightclub at Caesar's Palace. get bottle service and have a damn good time. Also Wet Republic is a new pool party at the MGM, it's like Rehab at the hard rock but not as bro'ish.
