Anyone take pain killers for IPL/Laser Sessions? it hurts

Mehhh so i got another pain filled day ahead today I have full body/face IPL booked in at lunchtime then followed by a double physio session on my twatted knee to increase the range of movement on it ...

So lets talk painkillers - can anyone reccomend good painkillers that i can buy in a chemist ...at the moment all i have is like 500mcg of paracatemul ....

Call me a coward i dont care but the friggin IPL makes me cry as it bloody hurts massively ...so if there is anyone out there that takes painkillers etc as well let m eknow what type you take, how long do they take affect etc.

I've had 14 sittings for tattoo work and 15 laser treatments. I tell them to turn it up as high as possible. I almost get a rush now.

Ibuprofen works fine work me. 800mg.
