where can one go to shrink a photo so that it it the proper size for an avatar. I really like this new pic and would like to make it my new avatar!

Thanks , but its still to big to make a HA avatar
has to be smaller still.

200 height, 133 width, less than 24kb

i just noticed..mine says 6 kb...jericho's says 26kb that's why it don't work..so mine should..and yours alyssa says 54kb so that won't work.
