I've known Felicia longer than you. I've also been in the chatroom (In case you don't know was my brainchild..I suggested to JWBL). I never seen or heard people referred to her as Fe fe or Fi fi both has a negative meaning! I think you shouldn't call her that unless you've known or met her as she is rather sensitive about these things. That's all!

Im with you! However, looks and having millions are 2 different things. Furthermore, being a good business woman does not always necessarily translates to millions. Aren't people being sued all the time more than they're actually worth?

Just goes to prove the point I was trying to make. People will believe things they read online, even if they are not real.

Vicki said something completely false about me on her board. I took offense to it because it made me look like a liar and hypocrite. It might have been intended as a joke, but it wasn't taken that way by the majority of her members.

When she refused to admit it was false or apologize, I effectively stopped participating on the board, by posting this news release.

Complete Terms and Conditions of the Settlement are confidential, and subject to an express binding non-disclosure agreement, but the parties through Counsel and with Court Approval have agreed to a range of changes and restrictions, aimed at eliminating further unlawful conduct, preventing recurrence of similar tortiious effects in the future and restoring fair and balanced communications and achieving prompt, effective and certain relief for online forum participants

The settlement reached today accomplishes this by:

* transferring 100 per cent of the stock in Hungdevils Inc to Katt Inc, a new formed Bahamian chapter S corporation;
* transferring 51 per cent of all category A voting stocks in Richter Inc into the same offshore corporation, For tax purposes, the effected date of
transfer will be January 1, 2009 and will be done through a one for one stock for stock 1031 exchange with the Libyan holding corporations

requirements to be determined at a later date.

A lot of people thought it was real, even though it was pretty obviously not (Do we cheat them and how?? Judge Smails was the judge in Caddy Shack??) Vicki still didn't acknowledge or in anyway make amends for what she had written so I did this follow up

At direction of counsel, I have to make the following statement

It has been brought to our attention that the former owner of this site has violated a specific. material non dislosure and confidentiality clause in our agreement by referring to it is as a stunt or prank and by her continuing allegations that I am providing moral and emotional support to persons associated with a religion associated with terrorists.

After several cease and desist letters and consultation with counsel, and an emergency petition to Judge Smails, we are sorry to report that the agreement is now null and void and the matter is now being fast tracked for trial. Subpoena's are being issued, for all active members personal attendance at videotaped depositions and for production of all hard drives and other electronic media. We had requested that all this be done under seal, but there was a motion filed by AVN, citing the public's right to know, so we are advised that witness lists and transcipts, including video, and hard drive contents will be made public.

It is regretful that it has come to this. We have made overtures to Ms Richter to get her to honor the commitments she made to resolve this dispute and are amenable to resuming the agreeement, subject to some specific good faith actions on her part, vis a vis the personal services agreement. the details of these requirements have been seperately communicated to her.
