Smoking and estrogen are a BAAAD combo. My doctor threatened to cut off my meds if I didn't quit and I only smoked two packs of cloves a WEEK. The cancer risk was too great so I did what she asked.

I know smoking's bad for me, but so is television. So I've cut back on both, and with little or no trauma. lol Coffee, I'm bad about though. I brush my teeth constantly because I LOVE coffee.
