technically we all do-citizens arrest bs-CA is a biiiiig time GOOD SAMARITAN law state-I actually got charged with it not helping someone getting his ass beat down in HS- and well It was of course off campus and I was sitting with friends having subway...Back to the story kid is getting his ass whupped I have my phone out-tape it...and the kid the next day says he gets jumped-so I call his bluff- Loses mad respect from alot of people-Principal finds out tells me to delete-I said no its personal data threaten to suspend me (BS) and tells the school police officer to have me charged with not helping someone from being beat up.End of story state of CA lost-and principal went under review- so it was preety funny...
