Up until about the age of 16, I was pretty decided that nothing in life would give me more pleasure than having a man penetrate me between my legs, on the spot where a vagina woulda-coulda-shoulda been. But up until then, I was pretty limited in terms of sexual experience.
One thing is certain. Eventually I will get an orchi. Maybe not srs, although that too is likely years from now. But I am shutting down the testo factory for good some day. That, I know. They're not very productive anyway, and I'm pretty sick of taking Spiro.

i think an orchi is a very sensible for those that want to stay preip as a lifetime on the mones will only shorten your span ultimately

i get scared that if i get a sex change i will still get spooked/clocked and go crazy
im content with my penis, though i would be happier if it were thicker. Its the balls that drive me crazy, tucking is so uncomfortable. Im considerring getting castrated, not quite sure yet though

I vote no castration and no removing of the penis or whatever they do. As natural as possible with little to no surgery...thats the way I love em.

I love my body.
Also, my dick is my meal ticket.
I think Orchi would be nice, once I get out of the game.
SRS is too expensive for results I would not be happy with.
Maybe stem cell research will provide better results one day.

On the related topic of dilation, there are some misconceptions being
spread in this thread.
Dilation is really just having sex with your neo-vagina.
In the first weeks post operatively it is very important that a woman dilate
so that her neo-vagina does not close.
After that point, a woman merely needs to have sex with someone or to
masturbate with herself. Even then there is no mandated schedule and
she is not at risk of having her vagina close up on her.
Having GRS is a serious and personal decison, and if a woman enjoys her
penis and it doesn't cause her angst, then GRS very likely wouldn't be
indicated for her.
But whatever her decision I would hope that she is armed with accurate
data, so as to make an informed decision.
