i'm saddened and still shocked. i'd like to find out what caused this
sudden cardiac arrest. Awhile back i had read where his health
was declining, then i later heard his physical exam went fine and he
was soon planning a farewell concert. ..And now this shocker.
Remembering an influential musical icon. The king of Pop.
Still so hard to believe, at only age 50. RIP, Michael.

Probably too early for this but I cannot help but be fascinated how this info got out.
Facebook, MySpace and other social networking sites were buzzing for about an hour with people desperate for news.
Even here had posts every couple of minutes sharing info and seeking info.
I am old enough to remember when Elvis died and the news came to us on the radio.
Lennon was shot on a Monday during Monday night football which got the news out.
I don't think it is too far of a stretch to say years from now people will remember just where they were when Mike died.
I've neverdone good things
I've never done bad things
I've never done anything out of the blue

Very few like him will appear in our life time, not only was he one of the greatest pop icons of all time, but probably more than any other African American his music bridged the gaps between race and people of different cultures to an extent that will never be paralleled in the history of the entertainment industry.
His music will live on forever.
RIP MJ
