work in asphalt in lug around barrows of asphalt for the guys to rake out for a few years, or just pressups for great arm definition, im a big fan of homemade exercise etc

I start off with a 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 mile run.
Then eat and rest.
A few hours later situp routine and jumprope.
Then immediately after boxing training.....speedbag half and hour no stopping.
Double end bag 20 minutes no stopping.
Heavy bag 45 minutes working on technique and then combinations.
EAAAT!

yes powerblocks r the shit........ i use them to train some of my clients.... i just hate having to lug those fuckers around i have the 130 lb (each) set.....
if you wanna do shit at home for real cheap buy an iron gym... you can do these exercises with it
chin-ups
push-ups
tricep dips
sit-ups
hanging leg raises
then just do some floor exercises too
leg raises
crunches
squats with bodyweight
plank (face down on elbows and toes)
side plank (facing to the side on right elbow and side of right foot then switch)
and mckenzie press-up
...and of course throw some cardio in there

i just do basic shit....cardio = running or elliptical machine for 60 min a day... stretch b4 and after...basic core workout dips benching lunges leg press push ups and pull ups...i don't hit the heavy weights anymore since i am trying to drop weight...i also mix in some universal and some hammer strength machines...
u will be fucking fat bitches in no time
