Kettlebells. Quick, very little space required, easy to learn, will keep you strong, fit and lean.

You need a pair of these, btw. I'm sure you could handle a pair of 'em Jhaniah.

Well...after a lull in my life, I'm finally getting back to it. I'm back up to about 20 miles a day on my bike throughout the GTA...but Wednesday is going to be the real kicker as I get my brand new Powerblocks! Be nice not to have to switch plates anymore, and well.....to get some free weights back in the house. Pricey though.

Here they are. And they can be expanded.

Walk 6 miles a day. Up at 5:30, takes an hour and 35 mins. Home by 7:15 or so. Feels great, rains, snow or shine.

They're really cool Jhaniah. You use an interlocking pin to switch weights. Used to be that I could do about 60 lb dumbbell curl..but as I said I went through some stuff...so I'm down to 30-40. I'll be up there again soon though.
