    You just arent getting it are you?
    These girls arent doing this for your approval.
    They arent going through all the pain of surgery not to mention the risk to their very lives for your approval.
    So what some girls may look awkward because of excessive surgery but they are trying to make their outside self coincide with their inner self.
    They are not doing this for you or any other guy for that matter.
    KNOW THIS.
