How much do hormones affect Cock size?

Does it have any effect at all? I know in some cases it may lead to erectile dysfunction but does it have any affect on the penis size when the penis is erect. So some of the girls with the larger penises that have been taking hormones for a while such as Vicki Richter and Yasmine lee- would they have been 'packing more heat' when erect prior to hormone taking.

I see that some girls mention in their bios that they are 8inches (for example) but they are likely to be 6 inches....is this possible a size that they were prior to hormones.
