Sucessfull viagra is all about the dosing. I have 100 MG pills and NEVER take a full one, always half. And then to avoid the headaches (and they can be brutal), take small doses over a longer period of time.

For example, I cut my pills in half (turns a 6 pill dose into 12). Then about two hours before "showtime", I start biting off small pieces every ten to 20 minutes, with the goal of having the half-pill down about an hour before the curtain goes up.
