Exactly right. That's what they do to GG's after they remove breasts due to cancer.

The implant they put in to replace the breast will have a fake-nipple to give the right shape, and then they tattoo the aorea on and hope the implant doesn't shift.

Careful, if you do that wrong you can tare the piecing out of the nipple, effectively splitting it in half.

Stimulation does make nipples larger, to a point. I actually have a story about that, I was with this one guy for a few years who came with more force if his one nipple were played with, in the time I was with him his one nipple actually doubled in size (both length & diameter) just from being gently pinched on a regular basis. Eventually the growth leveled off/plateaued, and that was a GB with a normal endocrine system.

They do make suction devices that look basically like tire valvestem caps that they sell to pregnant GG's to help stimulate nipple growth. But, it's only going to do so much.
