I may be mistaken, but from what I've heard that most of the danger of having cum in your mouth is when its in your mouth, not your esophagus or stomach. The risk is that it will come in contact with tiny cuts in your mouth that occur from brushing your teeth, flossing, etc. Conversely, when it hits the acid in your stomach, most of the infectious creepy-crawlies in it will die. So technically speaking swallowing is no more dangerous than having it in your mouth in the first place.
