It's called Coochie Makeup because of the application not necessarily the region where it goes on to.

Coochie Makeup application is very simple, I apply foundation to the tips of my pubes and begin to apply a smooth circular coat. Not to forget blending on the edges.

You may have a few stuck in there but hey... It has exfoliating properties.
