I'm no expert on the subject, but I believe these are a few truisms:

* Guys get paid a lot less than their counterparts. I wouldn't expect any more than a coupla c-notes per day unless you're a great performer and are reliable.

* Dick size may be important, but methinks your ability to get hard in front of a camera (not as easy it seems) is more important. Plus, the ability to complete multiple scenes in one day is a bonus since time is money.
