My answer is, I guess, considerably different from what's been posted so far.
Without a doubt, I'd love to have lived in post-feudal Japan, or really anywhere between the Azuchi-Momoyama jidai to the late Edo. Probably maybe the 17th or 18th centuries. Fascinating period of time, really.

i study war mostly, i have done the Civil War, WW2, Korea, Vietnam (the one i study most) Desert Storm, somalian conflict, grenada...etc.. i study battles, strategy, armaments, personell
