Also, I don't know if that is real, since there are all those photoshop things you can put images on to look if that is on a wall or something like that.

If you check the guys head on the right, there are no sharp lines, meaning it's probably not photoshopped.
Anyway, I think it's just a comment on sexuality and gender roles, and could easily be seen in any art gallery. So it's not unlikely that it's real.
