iam planning to have SRS as soon as possible, but its sooo difficult to find the "right" surgeon.
Could you please give me some advice . I have to decide between Dr. Suporn and Dr Toby Meltzer

Based on some pretty detailed research, I would most certainly say Dr. Meltzer.

Although I think that Dr. Suporn does a relatively good job, his SRS procedure is primarily a one-step vaginoplasty with optional revisions later. One-step procedures sometimes produce great results, however it is nearly impossible to aggressively thin the labia minora to mimic a natal vagina in one step. It is also very hard to form a prepuce, or clitoral hood, in one-step.

Dr. Meltzer performs a two step, with the first step costing 22k and the labiaplasty costing roughly 7.5k. He is very expensive, but based on results I've seen with my own eyes, very worth it.

SRS is not a clean-cut procedure, often times individuals need revisions of their urethral meatus, which allows them to pee properly, and a plethora of other possible minor complications. In the instance of Dr. Suporn, fixing even something minor can mean flying all the way back to Thailand which isn't convenient or economical to say the least.

From my own experience of looking at countless results from both surgeons, I feel confident saying that Dr. Meltzer's vaginas are truly the best and most natural. He has struck a great balance between aesthetics and functionality.

Of course, this is just my opinion.
