At TS parties especially the ones in NYC do people hook up?
I'm not talking about escorting. I guess my question is if I come to one of these parties and hit on one of the girls and of course be a gentlemen hopefully sweep her off her feet, what are my chances?

there are a small chance to go with a ts without pay . sometimes you can wait untill the end when they are wasted and you can take they home. or some crossdreser go too . but yes you can take someone home without pay. good luck
